Book a demo
A working session, not a pitch
Come with a real problem from your operation. Leave with a plain-terms plan for how it would run.
We'd rather walk through your actual work than talk features at you. Show us the contract that keeps slipping, the load that missed its allocation, the claim that lived in a spreadsheet. We'll run it through the system while you watch — and tell you straight where it fits and where it doesn't.
Why it holds · iRely runs coffee trading end-to-end in one system — purchase contract, pricing, shipping, warehouse receipt, inventory, sales contract and outbound shipment.
What happens after you write
No forms into a void. Here's the actual path.
Step one: a commodity specialist reads your note — someone who knows coffee contracts, grain risk, or fuel dispatch, not a routing bot.
Step two: we build a demo around your workflow. Your commodities, your claims, your loads — run end to end in one system.
Step three: an honest fit answer. If you're a small trader on a tight budget, or you want a bolt-on we don't do, we'll tell you. 'Not a fit' is a real answer we give.
Before you ask
Do you replace our ERP?
Only if you want that. We layer commodity contracts, claims and risk on top of SAP or Oracle just as often as we replace a stalled program. You choose the path.
What's the minimum program size?
Enterprise CTRM programs typically start around $1.5–2M. If you're a small trader or a very low-budget shop, we'll say so early rather than waste your time.
Which industries do you serve?
Coffee, grain, feed, fuel distribution, and multi-commodity food and beverage manufacturers. Starbucks roasts its coffee through iRely, and we run 20 grain operations including a 40M-bushel-a-year customer.
Can you handle coffee weight claims?
Yes. Built-in weight-claims handling absorbs the moisture-driven discrepancies traders hit on roughly 90% of shipments, turning constant disputes into a managed workflow.
What about fuel dispatch and billing?
We digitize driver dispatch so gallons, BOLs and product codes stop getting re-keyed by hand — the entries where a large share carry billing-corrupting errors. Logistics stands alone, so you can swap your back-end ERP without replacing dispatch.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on scope and your data. We'll be straight with you about timeline before you sign — including where data conversion and project management will need your team's time.
Ready when you are
Send us your messiest workflow. We'll show you how it runs in one system.
